Other Tools > Tax Activity and Settings 


We have moved all aspects of Tax Activity / Management / Settings - from reporting / editing / tax rates / tax codes / defaults etc. to now be in one section - Other Tools > Tax activity & settings 




This has allowed for all the tax components to be in one spot as well as a great improvement on the Tax Detail Report so that the report runs very efficiently with new date filters etc

Payment on account history on Customer Record 


In the A/R activity section of the customer record, we have now included a listing of all previously processed payments on account along with the ability to reprint or re-email the receipts to the relevant person

Improved “add customer” from Customer Order


When searching for a customer on a Customer Order but you need to create a new customer, the search text you entered will be used to prepopulate the first and last name fields on the create customer screen


If there are not any spaces in the search text we will only prepopulate the last name field




Form printing for multi-unit deals


When printing forms on a multi-unit deal you will now be prompted to select which unit you want to populate on the form

This eliminates the need to program multiple forms for these types of multi-unit deals


For example - we are printing out a custom mapped form and want to ensure that we print out a form for each of the units 






Implemented new restrictions in the GL mapping for accounting integration


A user will no longer be able to assign part or unit inventory GL accounts anywhere but as the inventory account on part/unit categories

This will also prevent a user from using a single GL account as both the part and unit inventory GL account assignment




Fusion Report - this is for our Harley-Davidson Dealerships in Australia 


The values to be reported by the Fusion Benchmarking have been updated with some of the existing values changed together with new values have been added

Resolved - an issue on the All customer orders report where it was not properly populating the salesperson column
