We have made quite a few changes to Financed Deals - too many to list here

These changes had been the request for quite a few of our Dealerships
Please take the time to go through the changes and if you are unsure, please reach out to your Blackpurl Support team with your questions
Deal Trade Plate Transfer
We now provide the option to transfer the plate / registration# from the trade in to the newly purchased unit
Users will notice a new section in the Trade In section on a Unit Deal
Please note that this option is not available on Trade In only Customer Orders
Insurance Information on Unit Deals
We now provide the user with the option to record the customer's vehicle insurance information on unit deals
These field are 40 characters long and are free text
Any details typed in these fields will appear on the Bill of Sale and Offer to Purchase
Just leave the fields blank if you don't want to record the information
Deal Financing Company Details now shown on Deal Documents
For Customer Order > Unit Deals - Finance, finance companies account number and phone number will show on the Bill of Sale and Offer to Purchase documents
The details will generate from the Vendor Record for the Finance Company
Dealer number for forms
We have provided a new field in System Settings > Settings & Controls - App Settings - Dealer Number
The Dealership can store their Dealer Number in this field for use on Dealer Forms (as required)
Updated Tax Detail Report
We have updated the Tax Detail Report to Exclude Internal Invoices (the detault)
If you want to include the Internal Invoices, just remove the check in the relevant checkbox
Updated DP360
We have updated syncing to DP360 to now have the option of including Consignment Stocked Unit
New Vendor Order Export file - Honda (USA)
We have implemented and made available a new Vendor Order Export file for Honda (USA)

Changes to Stock Unit Valuation Report
Dealership now has the ability to back date the Stock Unit Valuation Report to a specific day and the report results will then provide the unit valuations for those units that were in stock on that date

What's Improved?
- Improved - timezone dropdown in the app setting from setting and control page
- Improved - how the customer order section expand/collapse behaves
- Changed - the vendor order export format for BossWeb to no longer have decimal places on the quantities
- Correction - made for FX/LCA to handle other negative charges on vendor invoices. Also corrected model window to show inventory cost calculation
- Resolved - an issue with the Active Unit Deals report where it was noting “multiple units” when there was only one unit being sold
- Resolved - an issue in the Part count tool where in the issues to resolve it was not always showing the location supplied by the import file
- Resolved - an issue where the Technician hours report would not load for a specific technician
- Resolved - an issue encountered because a user was allowed to resolve an oversold in multiple browser tabs
- Resolved - an issue where the vendor report would not provide the zip/postal code as an optional column
- Resolved - issues encountered in unit receiving because we allowed the user to enter a stick number using BP’s stock number format. They are now restricted from doing this
- Updated - the status filters in the Workshop dashboard to now include all of the new service order status values. Also corrected a small UI issue
- Resolved - a number of issues related to kits that were either UI related or were not determining the correct price depending on the type of transaction. Also fixed an issue with modifying a kit item on a fixed price kit
- Resolved - an issue encountered when bulk resyncing invoice payments
- Updated - the handling of deal trade-in accounting to align with the proper use of the deal trade clearing account
- Resolved - to stop duplication of JEs on changing unit categories
- Resolved - to stop duplicate Payroll clocking entries for the same time period and date
- Changed - now provide an option of setting a custom report as a favorite
- Resolved - fixed bucket cost to be up to two decimal places when commit receiving action is performed to correct variance JEs entries
- Resolved - an error “Required parameter Line is missing in the request” while sending Variance JEs from VR to VI
- Corrected - BOS and OTP print to show correct name of salesperson
- Resolved - to show correct package cost of part on vendor order
- Changed - enabling COA syncing with Xero without enabling transaction sync
- Changed - removed inactive options from the list of custom search
- Resolved - an issue for a new global search to show results in first place as per typed string
- Changed - finance feature that will enable users to still edit values in the financing section even if the status is funded
- Resolved - an iPad issue where new global search is running through other header items
- Resolved - an issue where the MSRP was not populating properly on CO invoice
- Resolved - an issue where an internal comment was not being added to a closed CO after emailing from the invoice history section
- Resolved - an issue where a parts price was different outside vs inside of a kit

- Resolved - ‘Too many SOQL queries: 201 error’ while importing customer orders from Shopify to Blackpurl having a large number of line items
- Resolved - 'Too many SOQL errors’ while printing part picklist
- Resolved - an error to print and email invoices in case of a large number of service kits
- Resolved - an issue to prevent extra deposit journal entry that is going through to the accounting when the financing deal deposit is unused in checkout
- Resolved - an issue where the Special order status for parts on CO’s was not always set to the correct value
- Resolved - issues encountered when syncing customers or vendors from QuickBooks to Blackpurl or from Blackpurl to QuickBooks
- Resolved - an issue where Bossweb export is not working on windows/ Chinese characters
- Resolved - a sync issue for customer order invoice where unit is having more than 200 unit price and cost records
- Resolved - salesperson name on report and deal if logged in using another user
- Updated - the totals on the deposit receipt so that the amount paid by the customer is included in these totals
- Resolved - made a fix to get all the invoices for the POA by sending multiple requests using the pagination from QuickBooks
- Resolved - an error where we are getting a message "Payment amount should not be greater than unused deposit" while adding remaining payment using unused deposits
- Resolved - fixed calculation issue on deposit receipt to show correct value of 'Due from customer'
- Resolve - an error while receiving payment on account. It was incorrectly asking the user to refresh the page
- Resolved - shown base unit cost as first line item on BOS/OTP prints
- Resolved - issue which prevented the Unit Inventory reports from running when a unit contained a large number of Price & Cost entries
- Resolved - an issue which prevented CO deal documents from being generated. Caused by Financing products not having a Cost method selected
