Activation Call With Your Specialist

Please try and complete the steps above before the activation call, if you have any questions, your specialist will answer them on this call

We also recommend that any team members who will be using the system join this call as well

On the activation call, we will:

  • Ensure all the information you submitted for your account is correct

  • Answer any setup questions your team may have

  • Review what the next steps will be and share supporting documents

After this call, we will outline the activation timeline
