Searching for Parts
The search results for parts will display quantity available, display the Price, On Order quantity for stock, Vendor, and Location (if it has been entered on the Part Record) of the Part
For example:
Global Part Search
- From the Blackpurl Header we did a Global Part Search for Part# 48-2212
- The search results show the Price, On Order QTY for stock, Vendor, and Location:
Customer Orders (Search to Add function)
- On a Parts & Accessories section of a Customer Order we searched for Part# 48-2212
- The search result listed both part numbers with the Price, On Order QTY for stock, Vendor, and Location
Searching for Units - Make / Models / Submodels
Blackpurl allows you not only to search using Make / Model but also allows the searching of units using Submodel.
For example:
Global Unit Inventory Search
- From the Blackpurl Header we did a Global Unit Inventory Search for units with Submodel 4 Door
- The search results show the units with the Submodel 4 Door
Customer Orders (Search to Add function)
- From the Unit Deal section of a Customer Order, we searched for units with Submodel 4 Door
- The search results show the units with the Submodel 4 Door
