This article will give you a quick overview of the Blackpurl Homepage and how you can customize our Blackpurl Homepage to show you the information that you want to see

Each user's homepage will be different because you can customize the Blackpurl Homepage to show what information that you want to see 

The options will also be different, based on your user permissions and what you have access to

Once you have customized your Blackpurl Homepage, this is where you will see the cards of information that you have setup to show on your Blackpurl Homepage

There are two sections where you can customize which cards of information that you want to see on your Blackpurl Homepage

At anytime you want to return to your Blackpurl Homepage, click on the orfrom the Backpurl Header



 

Customization of your Blackpurl Homepage

Once you have clicked one of these icons, it will list your Customize options on what to show on your Blackpurl Homepage


Selecting what you want to see on your Blackpurl Homepage:


  • Available Cards that are available to show on your Blackpurl Homepage 


  • Current Cards which are the ones you are currently showing on your Blackpurl Homepage 



Tip:
It will only list the Cards for the items you have user permissions to see etc


As required

  • check the checkbox/s next to the relevant Available Cards options and then click

if you want to see them on your Blackpurl Homepage 

  • uncheck the checkbox/s next to the relevant Current Cards options and then click

if you no longer want to see them on your Blackpurl Homepage 


Once you have checked and/or unchecked - don't forget to click on so that it will update your Blackpurl Homepage with your changes 



Selecting in what order you want to see the Information Cards on your Blackpurl Homepage:


Once you are happy with the Information Cards that you want to see on your Blackpurl Homepage, you can then move the Current Cards around so that they will show up on your Blackpurl Homepage in a certain order ie you may want to see Service: Third Party Claims at the top of your Blackpurl Homepage etc


To do this, click and hold next to the Information Card you want to move and then simply drag it up or down into the position you want it in 


Don't forget to click onso that it will update your Blackpurl Homepage with your changes 


To make it easier, we have also provided you with how each Information Card will show on the Blackpurl Homepage ie tall and thin or flat and wide so you can work out the best way to show them on your Blackpurl Homepage
