This article will cover how Blackpurl can be setup to see if a part is available in the warehouse of the Vendor: Yamaha
Once setup, It will show you the availability in Blackpurl on a Part Record or when adding a Yamaha part to a Customer Order
Please be aware that this feature is actively working in Australia but we believe that this feature can also work and be available in North America and New Zealand - but yet to be tested in those areas
Setup
Please reach out to Blackpurl Support and request Yamaha Vendor SOH (Stock on Hand) Integration by providing them with the following:
What is your Yamaha Website address
Yamaha Website Username
Yamaha Website Password
Vendor Code in BP for Yamaha
To get the Vendor Code, in Blackpurl, navigate to the relevant Vendor record for Yamaha
Note: The Yamaha username and password is what the Dealership uses to log into the Yamaha Website We will only need one of your dealership's Yamaha logon details
Blackpurl Support will then have our Development team complete the setup and they will advise you when setup is complete
How does it work

Option One - Part Record
- On each Part Record of a Yamaha part > click on this icon -
- Blackpurl will do a call to the Yamaha website to see if the Yamaha has this part in stock at their warehouse and the relevant quantity and then report back
