What is this Report for


This Report will enable you to see what Blackpurl indicates is the total of your Part Inventory 



How to run this Report 


  • From the Blackpurl Header > Reporting > Reports

  • In our Blackpurl reports section > Reconciliation > Part inventory accounts



  • The report has been setup with the relevant filters / columns / totals that you need but what you need to get, is the total of Inventory 


To do this - click on and review the Inventory Valuation total 



  • If you want to report on the valuation for each Part Inventory Category, then add a new Column called Category by click on and then selecting Category - don't forget to click on

The excel csv report that exported out will give you totals of the categories so that you can balance out to the relevant General Ledgers in your Accounting Package

When to use this Report 


This report should be done regularly - at the very least, at the end of the month so that you can balance out your Accounting Package Part Inventory General Ledger/s to your Blackpurl Part Inventory Totals



What to do with this Report


If the Dealership has Accounting Integration, this will now allow you to compare the Part Inventory totals in Blackpurl to the relevant Part Inventory General Ledger account(s) in your Accounting Package
