This article will go through the System Settings > Support Upgrades & Add-ons option on the System Setting Dashboard 

Please note that only Users with Admin User Permissions will see this System Settings

If you do not have access to this System Setting, please have discuss your requirements with your Manager

From the System Setting Dashboard click on

Click on  and it will take you to the Blackpurl Knowledge Base where our videos and articles are available


Click on  and this will take you to a place where you can create a Blackpurl Support ticket


Click on  and it will take you to a form that you can fill out and submit should you require any of the following:
