Ready To Invoice Enforcement
This would allow the Dealership more control over the ability to Invoice - the workflow of your service department may require that someone review all completed jobs before they are finalized and invoiced
This new control is only available when you have the Ready to invoice status activated
When this new control has not been enabled, the job status can be either Job complete OR Ready to invoice in order to checkout or otherwise finalize the service job
If this new control has been enabled, you will not be able to checkout or otherwise finalize a service job until the status of that job has been set to Ready to invoice
To enable this setting:
1. From the Blackpurl Header > click then select System Settings
2. From the System Settings Dashboard, click
3. Open up the section Shop Settings
4. Then move the toggle to enable the setting - To finalize a job the status must be Ready to invoice
5. Once this new control is enabled, the user will not be able to checkout or otherwise finalize a service job
until the status of that job has been set to Ready to invoice
The User will need to have the relevant User Permission:
