This report will list any Price Level that is currently active in your Blackpurl.
From the Blackpurl Header > Reporting > Report - Price Level
If you wish to change any of the parameters ie maybe list all the Price Levels including inactive ones, click on 
and change the parameters to what you want. (Don't forget to click APPLY)
