This report will provide you with a list of all the active Categories in your Blackpurl
From the Blackpurl Header > Reporting > Category
The default report will show the following columns and will show the current active categories:
If you want to change any of the parameters, just click on 
For example you may want to show all categories including those that have been made inactive (don't forget to click on APPLY)
