(Classic Version) Blackpurl Reporting - Product History Summary

This article will show you how to run the Product History Summary Report 


This report will allow you to see the product history - what was sold etc



How to run the Product History Summary Report


  • From the Blackpurl Header > Reporting > Reports

    User-added image


  • In our Blackpurl reports section > Parts > Product History Summary 



The default parameters of the report are:

  • Type - Invoiced Item
  • Item Type - All
  • Invoice Date - last 7 days
  • Summary Format 
  • Invoice Type - All


The default columns of the report are:

  • Type
  • Item
  • Description
  • Qty Sold
  • Total Revenue
  • Total Profit 
  • Last Sale 



  • Remember that you can change these default parameters by clicking on  as you may want to only show a specific part or fee or even a different date range:
