This article and video is about the ability for the Dealership to manage default Unit Pricing and Factory Options by Make / Model / Sub-model in Blackpurl
Dealerships can then use these default pricings and options when processing Unit Ordering and also when adding Temporary Units on Customer Order > Unit Deals
How to Setup the Unit Pricing and Option
The first thing you will need to do is setup these new Unit Pricing and Options.
- From the Blackpurl Header > System Settings > Unit Pricings and Options
- You can see below in our test environment, we have already setup default pricing and options for the Makes: Harley-Davidson and Yamaha
- To setup a new default pricing and option for another Make - Click on
- Select the relevant Make from the drop down and then press OKAY
- The Make has now been added and it will show you how many models are listed under that Make
- Click on the Make and it will allow you setup Factory Options that is available for selection for all FORD Models
- As you add the Factory Options - you can VIEW and EDIT
- If you want to add default Unit Pricing and default Factory Options from the Sub-Model level, then you would click on the relevant Model and the Sub-Model section will open
- On the Sub-Model that you want to add default Unit Pricing and default Factory Options by click on
- Then just complete the relevant fields
How to use the default Pricing and Factory Options
- When processing a Unit Order and selecting the relevant Make / Model / Sub-Model then the default pricing and factory options will automatically populate into the Unit Order
- On a Customer Order > Unit Deal for a Temporary Unit - when adding a Temporary Unit, the default pricing and factory options will also automatically populate
