How to Delete a Customer Order
- Navigate to the Customer Order you wish to delete - the status of the Customer Order must be OPEN
- The first thing you need to do is delete all line items from the all sections of the Customer Order
Go to each and every line item and click on and select
Then delete the specific section itself by clicking on the relevant remove
Example below is the Remove Merchandise action
3. Once all line items and all sections are removed then you need to remove the Customer Order itself
At the bottom of the Customer Order > click on

4. The Delete Customer Order confirmation window will pop up for you to confirm that you wish to delete
the Customer Order - to confirm click on

5. Blackpurl will delete the Customer Order and confirm deletion with a message in the Blackpurl Header
There is no record of a manually deleted Customer Order. This means that if you have made a mistake and deleted the wrong Customer Order, we cannot restore it
Please contact Blackpurl Support if you are unable to delete the Customer Order as Blackpurl Support may be able to close it out instead
It should be noted that we will not allow a Customer Order to be deleted if there are accounting transactions / integration attached to it
Blackpurl Support will close the Customer Order in the back end as opposed to deleting it - this is for accounting integrity purposes
