HOW TO CREATE A NEW CUSTOMER

  1. From the Blackpurl Header > Click User-added image > User-added image

  1. Complete the relevant details on the New Customer window and then click on User-added image

1.   If the information you are entering matches an existing customer, that existing customer will list in the area
under User-added image
2.   You have the choice to create an Individual or Business customer - see the two available tabs above.
   
3. If the Customer has given you additional information that you want to record, click on
User-added image to show more options. The More Information options are:

  1. Once you have clicked on User-added image the Customer Record will load for you to review.

A.   If you need to make further edits on the Customer Record, click on User-added image


B.   There is a NOTES section which is an open text field.
Just type in any additional notes that you need to record on the Customer Record in this section.
Any notes retained in this section, will not print out on Customer Orders etc.

C.   If any additional information is selected and used, it will appear in the top half of the Customer Record.
