This is what the Blackpurl Header looks like and it is at the top of all Blackpurl screens:

  • Click on  User-added image at any time and it will take you back to the Blackpurl Homepage

  • Click on User-added image to start processing your Customer Order for Parts & Accessories / Start a Service or Repair Job / Sell A Unit or Start an Internal Service

  • Click on User-added image to list your ordering options - Unit Orders / Part Orders / Part Receivings / Part Returns / Part Invoices

The Blackpurl Header can only list so many shortcuts/tools especially if you are using a mobile device ie mobile or cellular phone or tablet


All the Blackpurl Header tools will then become conveniently available by clicking on this icon and making your selection


Each selection may vary from Dealership to Dealership and location ie North America / Australia etc and each section will have a corresponding article available in our Knowledge Base


  • Click on User-added image to list your Add New options - Customer / Vendor / Part / Labour Code / Kit / Fee

Accessing Blackpurl on a Mobile Device 


If you are accessing Blackpurl on a mobile device ie tablet, please remember that it will have limited screen capacity


You may find that not all the above Blackpurl Header icons will show up on your mobile device's screen


Instead, you may find some of the Blackpurl options, under the Other Tools section 




Or you may find them listing under a Menu option

Some of the Blackpurl Header options may be restricted and User Permission may be required
