The Unit Sales Tracker report is basically a way of tracking unit sales and Salesperson activity by reporting on when a unit becomes a “confirmed sale"


What is a "confirmed sale"?

  • It is when either a Deal deposit is taken on the Customer Order or the Unit Deal status is progressed from Quote to In progress




To run this report 

From the Blackpurl Header > Reporting > Reports - Unit Sales Tracker





The default parameters are set to report:

  • on units from deals that have been "confirmed sales"
  • within the last 7 days
  • for all types of Unit - Inventory, On order, Temporary, Consignment and Trade-ins
  • for all Salespersons


The default columns are as per this screen shot:



Remember that you can change the default columns or parameters quite easily 


Change the default columns by clicking on and then selecting and/or deselecting the columns from the list


Change the default parameters can be change by clicking on  and changing them as required ie date range etc or Status of the Unit
