The Active Part Sales report will allow the Dealership to report on all open and active Customer Orders > Part and Accessories Sales which will allow them to be followed up to see if any of the Customer Orders can be closed out etc
How to run the Active Part Sales Report
- From the Blackpurl Header > Reporting > Reports
- In our Reporting section > Active Part Sales
- The user can them click on the Order Number which will open up a new window for the Customer Order to review and see if you want to close out the Customer Order
